WOW! I got back from vacation and barely recognized my little garden! I've been enjoying spinach salads lately--YUMMY! Check out the broccoli & cauliflower--they're HUGE! The peas have shot straight up and I forgot to get a picture of the tomatoes, but they've nearly tripled in size!
Cucumbers are getting busy!
Here is my new prize--my first Hybrid Tea Rose--"Artistry" She's gorgeous! I'm put "her" next to the patio where there's the big drop. I cleared the rocks, dug out a hole about two feet down and put in a mix of compost and topsoil and then enclosed it in bricks (these are the bricks from the old patio) I'm planning on planting another one next summer and eventually have a row that line the patio on this side.
