I needed to harvest all the tomatoes left before it was going to freeze last night (10/9/08)
Here I am after having peeled a ton of tomatoes by blanching them (boiling water, then ice water, then slide the skins right off!)
Mom is adding some of the spices!
Starting to smell yummy in here!
Here we go--lots and lots of spaghetti sauce!! YUMMY!!v
